The Inclusive Health Conference was founded by the Sexuality & Gender Advocacy Committee (SGA) at the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine. Members have a shared passion for promoting LGBTQ+ issues in healthcare and medical education.

We are dedicated in our mission to address sexual and gender minority health disparities, through collaboration, education of health professionals, and by advocating for sustainable social change. Our initiatives include undergraduate medical education program development, supporting LGBTQ+ healthcare students, and hosting the annual Inclusive Health Conference in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
